So the time has come where I need to admit defeat and change my skates. I love my MG-2’s but the boot could’ve done with being half a size bigger (and tbh they’re not doing my wide feet any favours) so now I’m looking at what’s out there. Now, I’m not sure if I’m favouring the high ankle because of the antiks (I was on suregrip Gt-50 and rock before that and can’t remember what they were like on lol) but I’ve been looking at hockey boots - however I’m getting bonts thrown at me as a suggestion from other skaters so I thought I’d see what’s out there - what skates are you on atm? What comes recommended? Halp!?
